  2. A419-A417 Planned works – February and March 2025 – diversion route 14 Southbound A419 – closure between Spine Road Junction and Lady Lane Junction – Friday 28th March from 20:00 to Monday 31st March 06:00 – B4042 is part of the official diversion.

  1. Approve Delegated Authority for 2025 – discuss extending length of approval to coincide with 2026 Annual Parish Meeting.
  2. Preparations for Annual Parish Meeting – groups/organisations/businesses to invite and refreshments.
  3. 80th VE Day celebrations – date booked 9/5/2025 16:00 to 20:00 – ideas for refreshments.
