a. Dog fouling – signs and/or bins – prices
Resolved: Clerk will order six signs at a maximum of £10 each. Clarify with Wiltshire Street Scene collection of general litter bin, as apposed to dog fouling bin.

a. Jubilee mugs
Resolved: Clerk will obtain final quote from Dash and compare to remaining quote to be obtained and choose best deal.

b. Prices for Speed Indicator Devices – Two quotes obtained, so far. Truvelo – £3845, and Westcotec (from 2020) – £3070.
Resolved: Clerk will obtain updated quote from Westcotec.
c. Queen’s Jubilee Tea Party
Resolved: Date – Sunday 5 June 2022, 3-5pm, Hook Village Hall.

i. Hook, Greatfield and Greenhill Village Hall – Queen’s Green Canopy Jubilee tree = £275
ii. Rose Love – reimbursement for purchases (Proof of Delivery post – £6.85; copier paper – £5.99; APM flyer print – £37.50) = £50.34
